On June 2nd, 2023, (Urban) Walter Bradley passed suddenly at his home in Morell at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Janet (MacLeod) Bradley, and devoted father to Jocelyn (Dave) Bradley Doiron, Darrell Bradley (deceased 2019), Amy (Lornie) Hughes, Matthew (Beth) Bradley, Lana (Nick) Frid, Monica (Trevor) Bradley-Kuhn, Dr. Stacy Bradley (Danny McCalder) and Dr. Carl Bradley (Jessica Corbett). Dearly loved by his many grandchildren: Jelisa, Kastin, Kegan, Sharlice, Roarke, Nolan, Thatcher, Amelia, Dunstan, Owen, Haven, Brady, Davis, Marshall, Boden, Wilder, Vienna, Meadow, Forest and Wren and great grandchild Ellis. Born in St. Teresa, PE on September 29, 1945, Walter was the son of the late Chester and Florence Bradley and brother to Joan (Graham) Davidson and the late Clarence Bradley. He will also be missed by his nephews Shawn, Allan, Colin and Wayne Davidson and by his community and many friends. Resting at North Shore Funeral Home, 7801 St Peters Rd, Morell, for visitation on Monday June 5th, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Theresa, The
Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Morell on Tuesday June 6th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the QEH Foundation in Walter’s memory would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell. The funeral for the late Walter Bradley was held on June 06, 2023 at St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Morell with Father Brian MacDougall and Father Danny Wilson officiating. The first reading was read by Sharlice Bradley, while John Cameron proclaimed the second reading. Anne Morrison offered the prayers of intercession. Father Brian MacDougall read the gospel and delivered the homily. The pallbearers consisted of Kegan Bradley, Nolan Hughes, Allan Davidson, George Bradley, Thatcher Hughes and Shawn Ryan. Honorary pallbearers included everyone in attendance. Flower Bearers were Amelia Hughes, Wilder Bradley-MacCalder, Marshall Kuhn, and Davis Frid. Eucharistic ministers were Father Brian and Father Danny. The Altar Servers were David MacAdam, Leonard Kelly and Paul MacAdam. The bulletins were distributed by Dunstan Bradley, Owen Bradley and Brady Frid. Music was provided by Jacinta MacDonald singing, Processional, Here I am Lord; Psalm, Psalm 23; Preparation of gifts, The Bread of Life; Communion, I Watched the Sunset; Meditation, Lord Jesus of You; Incensing, Songs of the Angels; and Recessional, How Great Thou Art. Interment took place in the parish cemetery. The funeral was under the direction of North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
