Theresa Mae Fay

The death occurred peacefully at the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 of Theresa Mae Fay (nee MacDonald), formerly of Newport and Montague, in her 100th year. Wife of the late Leo Fay. Beloved mother of Annette Fay (Joe), Lorraine Morrison (Ivan), Harriet Campbell (Jerome), Leona Campbell ( Peter) and Charles Fay (Brenda). Also left to mourn are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents John P. and Libby MacDonald, her brothers Leo and Francis MacDonald and Josie Johnston and her sisters Marguerite Gardiner and Elizabeth Yoston. Remains resting at the Lounge of the St. Georges Roman Catholic Church, St. Georges for visitation on Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Georges Roman Catholic Church on Friday, August 15, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery. Donations in Theresa's memory may be made to the St. Georges Cemetery Fund or the Dr. John M. Gillis Memorial Lodge. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
