Richard Gordon Price

August 4, 1937 - October 9, 2007   Richard transitioned to the other side of life on October 9, 2007, at his home on the Cardigan River. Richard is survived by his bride of 18 years, Elizabeth Ann, Cardigan, P.E.I.; daughter, Jennifer Kaye Chaplyn and husband Andrew and children Emma, Georgia and William, Perth, Australia; son, Jeremy Price and wife Julie and son Hudson Richard, Windsor, Ont. Richard is also survived by Ann's children, son, Captain Michael Vossen and wife Kathy and children Caylen, Everett and Mya, Windsor, Ont.; daughter, Christine Fay and husband Donald and children Katherine, Laura and Patrick, Windsor, Ont.; son, Terrence Vossen and wife Marie Gagnon and daughter Ariane, Val Belaire, Que.; sister, Martha Gosford and husband Frank and family, Ocala, Fla. Richard is also survived by friend, Sandra Price and faithful friend, Sydney Ellen Wade. Visitation will be at All Saints Church, Cardigan, on Thursday evening, October 11, 2007 from 7-9, with a celebration of Richard's life to begin at 8.30 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2007. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Cancer Treatment Centre at the QEH, Charlottetown. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the North Shore Funeral Home in Morell.
