Patrick Kennedy Hart

Peacefully, the death occurred at Kings County Memorial Hospital on March 17, 2024 of Patrick Kennedy Hart aged 71. Survived by his loving wife Grazyna; his daughter Michelle (Michael) from Victoria BC; his granddaughter Julia; and by his sisters Diane (Frank) Moher from Vancouver Island, BC, and Camilla (Marty) Gilfillan of Edmonton Alberta. He will be also dearly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Richard and Edith Hart; and by his brother, Richard Hart.
