Myrtle Rosamond McGrath

Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Friday, July 10, 2009 of Myrtle Rosamond (MacDonald) McGrath (nee Nolan), aged 94, of Montague, formerly of West St. Peters. Loving mother of Kenneth MacDonald, Lakeside and special aunt of Phyllis Nolan, Montague. Also survived by brothers Gus and Pius and sisters Leona Mauger and Rita Eyre and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husbands Charles Reuben MacDonald and John Bernard McGrath, parents Daniel and Mary Lauretta (MacDonald) Nolan, brothers William, George, Ivan, and Joe and sisters Marguerite Leinster, Viola Nolan, Cora Callaghan and Mary Christos and nephew Gerald Nolan. Remains resting at the North Shore Funeral Home, Morell, for visitation on Sunday, July 12, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew's Roman Catholic Church, Mount Stewart, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2009. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
