Michael Norbert Burge

Sadly, with family by his side, the death occurred on June 24, 2024 at the Souris Hospital of Michael Norbert Burge of St. Peters Bay, in his 85th year.  Survived by his daughters, Michelle Burge (Dave Anderson), Maria Steele (Mark) and Megan Burge (Aaron MacGregor); by his grandchildren, Logan, Ella and Kalum Steele.  He will also be sadly missed by his siblings, Irene Burge, Claire Mullally, Bernadette Rossiter, and Marie Burge; his brother-in-law Gerard Leslie (Joanne); and by numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Burge (nee Leslie); by his parents Richard Louis and Teresa Burge; his siblings, Alban Burge (Phyllis), Francis Burge (Kay), Noreen Wood (Cyril); and by brothers-in-law John Mullally and Paddy Rossiter.  Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre, St. Peters Bay on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.  Funeral mass to be held Saturday June 29, 2024 at St. Peters Bay Roman Catholic Church, St. Peters Bay at 10:00 a.m.  Interment in the parish cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael's memory may be made to Souris Hospital Equipment Fund.  Online condolences may be sent to the family on our website at northshorefuneralhome.ca.   Arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
