The death occurred peacefully with her family by her side of Maureen Catherine Grant (nee Curran) RN of St. Teresa aged 88 years. Loving wife of the late John Raymond Grant. Survived by her children, Eileen Mason (Kirk), Robert Grant (Sharon), Katherine Grant-Smith (Joe), Michael Grant, Paula Kalous (Scott), and Patricia MacCormack (Raymond); her loving grandchildren, Ian, Brendan, Daniel (Emily), Charles, Jessica (Devon), Sean (Melanie), Matthew (Annie), Maddi, Grant and Hillary; as well as her great grandchildren, Alexa, Sadie, Isaac and Rory. Also survived by her sister, Joan Bradley; her brother, Tom Curran (Debbie); her sisters-in-law, Virginia and Lib (Lawrence), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, John Raymond, she was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Mary Curran; her brothers, Desmond and Bobby; and brothers-in-law, Charles and Ernie. Resting at St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Teresa, for visitation on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5 – 8 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at the church on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations would be appreciated and made in Maureen’s memory to the Southern Kings Hospice.
