Mary Margaret MacKinnon

Peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Sunday, December 16, 2012, of Mary Margaret MacKinnon (nee Ryan), beloved wife of Roy, formerly of St. Peter's Bay, aged 76 years. Mary was the dear mother of Daniel (Laurina), Calgary, Alberta and Greg (Treva Gordon), Kentville, Nova Scotia, loving grandmother of Shane, Kyndra, Lauryn and Emily. She was predeceased by her parents Frank & Winnie (nee Cahill) Ryan, brother Bill Ryan, half brothers Frank, Leo, Maurice, Greg and Cletus Arsenault and half sisters Mary Catherine Richardson and Florence Woodward. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Peters Bay Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Centre, St Peter*s Bay, for visitation on Tuesday, December 18, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mary was a very active community member who had a strong sense of community spirit and volunteering. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary*s memory to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
