Teresa (MacPhee) Wilson, age 86, beloved wife the late Frank Wilson, formerly of Goose River, passed away peacefully at Colville Manor with her daughter, Bernice, by her side on Sunday, April 3, 2016. She was surrounded by the love of her family in her last days. Teresa was born September 25, 1929, the eighth child of the late Mel and Annie (Cummings) MacPhee of Monticello, PEI. Loving mother of Judy (Don) Morrison, Charlottetown; Bernice (Dave) Wilson, Fredericton, NB; Frank (Christine) Wilson, Morell; and Mel (Holly) Wilson, Calgary, Alberta. Survived by her siblings Gloria MacInnis (John), Mary Warren (Jack), John MacPhee (Mary), George MacPhee (Gladys) and her grandchildren Shannon Browne (Chris), Vanessa Cronkhite (John), Jeffery Wilson (Nicole), Jonathan Wilson (Robin), Chris Morrison (Marla), Meredith MacDonald (Brad), and Nicholas Wilson. Also her great-grandchildren Danielle, Cameron, James, Chloe, Maddie, Alex, and Harrison, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Frank MacPhee (Victoria), Roddy MacPhee (Eileen), Etta Crandall (Vic), Joe MacPhee (Norma), Emma Crossman (Leverett), Minnie MacPhee, Gerard MacPhee (Paula), and Walter MacPhee. Special thanks to her sister-in-law, Gladys MacPhee and her niece, Susan Keus, for all their love and support during this difficult time. The tender care provided to Teresa during her stay at Colville Manor will never be forgotten. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre, St. Peters Bay. Visitation 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5. Funeral to be held at St. Peters Roman Catholic Church Wednesday, April 6 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Margaret’s Pioneer Cemetery Fund or Colville Manor. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
