The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth hospital on Friday, June 29, 2012, of Mary Trainor Thompson (nee McGuire) of Green Meadows in her 73rd year. Special friend of Joe Thompson. Survived by her children; Frankie Trainor, David Trainor (Anne Miller), Albert Trainor (Kathleen), Paul Trainor (Debbie), Barb Blaisdell (Jackie MacCormack), Brenda Trainor (Bobby O'Brien) and Brian Trainor. Also survived by her grandchildren; Christopher, Melissa, Patrick, Candace, Robin, Ryan, Trevor, Brody, and Christine Trainor, Kelly (Irwin Knox), Jorden, and Jack Blaisdell, Tanya O'Brien and by her great grandson, Cohon Knox. Also survived by step children; Carol Anne Matheson (Claude), and Sharon ter Beek (Eric) and step grandchildren; Kristen and Heidi Matheson and Jacob and Jennifer ter Beek, by her sister, Mary Wyllie (Ron), (Ontario), her sisters in law; Betty Trainor, (Montague), Janelle Trainor, (Siegas NB), and Rachael Hughes, (Florida USA), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Raymond Trainor, infant son; Little Frankie, her parents; Mary Alice (nee McCourt),and Francis McGuire, her brother and sister in law; Mike and Anna McGuire, her sister and brother in law; Helen and Billy Anderson, her daughter in law; Donna Trainor, and by two granddaughters; Crystal and Vanessa Trainor and well as many extended family members from the Trainor family. Resting at St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Morell, for visitation on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 from 2-4 and from 7-9 pm. Funeral mass to be held on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at St. Lawrence O'Toole Roman Catholic Church, Green Meadows, at 10:30 am. Interment in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary's memory, may be made to St. Lawrence O'Toole cemetery fund, if desired. The Catholic Women's League will hold a prayer service prior to visitation Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
