Mary Redmond

With great sadness, we announce the unexpected passing in Ottawa on May 23, 2015 of our dearest Mum, Mary Redmond, of Corraville, PEI, in her 88th year. She will be missed by her daughters, Mary Redmond (Harvey Williams) and Theresa Redmond (Barry Cottam), grandson Thomas Hughes,step-sister Estelle Bourgeois, brother- and sisters-in-law Andrew Redmond, Rita Stewart and Catherine Keough, as well as extended family,friends and neighbours. She was predeceased by her husband Glenwood and her son Brendon. Visitation will take place at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Cardigan on Sunday, August 2 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., with funeral mass and interment also at All Saints on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10 a.m. A reception in the Parish Centre for friends and family will follow. If desired, donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home.
