The death occurred peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Saturday, August 02, 2008 of Leverett Henry Crossman of Monticello in his 93rd year. Husband of Emmalena Crossman (nee MacPhee). Father of Ned (Judy), Terry (Francis Murphy) and Donnie (Theresa). Grandfather of Colleen (Gerry MacAulay), Gerard (Betty), Walter, Scott, Darren (Susan) and Michael MacDonald (Kerri). Great-Grandfather of Glen MacAulay, Joey and Cassie Crossman and Emmalena and Cameron MacDonald. Also left to mourn are numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Effie Crossman, his infant son Melvin, his brother's Russel, Leonard, Leslie and Lorne and his sisters Maurena, Vera, Dorothy and Frances, all who were from Moncton, New Brunswick. Remains resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre, St. Peters for visitation Tuesday, August 05, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held Wednesday, August 06, 2008 at St. Margarets Roman Catholic Church, St. Margarets at 11:00 a.m. Please refrain from wearing scents due to family allergies. Interment in the church cemetery. Donations in Leverett's memory may be made to the Souris Hospital or the St. Margarets Church Fund.
