Leonard George Douglas

The death occurred at home, with his loving family by his side, of Leonard (Len) Douglas of the Bennett Road aged 66 years. Survived by his loving wife, Darlene; his children, Francis, Franklin, Trevor, Christopher, Calvin and their families; grandchildren, Abby and Riley; and by siblings, David (Marie), Judy (Garry), Jamie, Lester, and Jane (Lloyd); sister-in-law, Anita; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and by his faithful sidekick “Willie”. Predeceased by his parents, Coffin and Betty Douglas; his sister, Joan Desmarais and her husband Pat; and his brother, Paul. Resting at North Shore Funeral Home, Morell, for visitation on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 6 – 9 pm only. Funeral to be celebrated at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 10:30 am. Interment in West St. Peters Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Len’s memory may be made to the PEI lung Association (for cancer), or to PEI Palliative Care. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
