Peacefully at Colville Manor, on October 6, 2015, of Leonard Charles McKenna formerly of St. Peters Bay, in his 85th year. Lovingly remembered by his sister Ella Lewis (Joe, predeceased). Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Edward and Annie McKenna, his sisters; Alice MacKinnon (Albert MacKinnon, JB MacInnis), Marion Cummings (Dougald), Lila Reid (Charles), Mary, Pearl, and Dorothy, by his brothers; Earl (Jeanette) and Joseph. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre for visitation on Monday, October 12, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral mass to be held on Tuesday, Oct 13, at 10:30 am at St. Peters Bay Roman Catholic Church, St. Peters Bay. Interment in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made in Leonard’s memory, to St. Peters Cemetery Fund or to The Alzheimer’s Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
