John Michael MacDonald

The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on September 24, 2008 of J. Michael MacDonald of Launching in his 48th year. Beloved husband of Colleen (MacPherson) and loving father of Jesse. Beloved son of Harriet (Butler) and Wallace MacDonald. Brother of Stephen Butler (Judy), Terry (Carolyn), Gloria Jenkins (Eric) and Earl (Michelle). Also left to mourn are his 16 nieces and nephews. Remains resting at the Lounge of the St. Georges Roman Catholic Church, St. Georges for visitation on Friday, September 26, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held from St. Georges Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Georges Cemetery Fund or the Jesse MacDonald Education Fund at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Montague would be greatly appreciated.
