John Alfred Gill

Peacefully at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge on March 17, 2018 of John Alfred Gill, formerly of Elliotvale, in his 89th year. Son of the late John T. and Mary (Murray) Gill. Last surviving member of the Gill Family. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews, both in Canada and the United States, as well as extended special family at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge. Resting at St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Teresa, for visitation on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral mass to be celebrated at the church on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John’s memory to the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
