Frederick William “Billy” MacEwen

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family on January 26, 2018, of Frederick William “Billy” MacEwen of Morell, aged 67 years. Survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Eileen, (nee Mullen). Beloved father to Earl, and Pam (John Deagle); loving grampy to Brandon Deagle, Steffen MacEwen and Aiden Deagle. Also survived by brothers, Scott MacLean (Dawn) and John MacLean (Jerina); his uncle, Eddie Hawbolt; mother-in-law, Edith Mullen and family; as well as MacEwen and Hawbolt cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Ada MacEwen. Resting at Peter Gordon Memorial United Church, Morell, for visitation on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 2- 4 and 7 -9 p.m. Funeral to be held at the church on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment in West St. Peters cemetery at a later date.
