Francis (Frank) Alvin Milligan

The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, on Friday, June 22, 2018, of Frank Milligan, of St. Peter’s Bay in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Josephine (Jo); father to Maxine MacDonald (Kenny) and Doug Milligan (Grace); grandfather to Nick (Karen) MacDonald, Darcy (Leanne) MacDonald, Whitney (Brad) Penny, Taylor Larkin and Jarrett Milligan; great grandfather to Macy, Cole and Paisley. Also survived by his sister, Joyce MacKinnon (Russell), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Bill and Lillian Milligan; brothers, Foster, Wyman, Sterling, Elmer and Charlie; by his sister, Bernice; as well as by his best friend and brother-in-law, Reg MacKinnon. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Center, St. Peters Bay for visitation on Monday, June 25, 2018 from 5 – 9 p.m. Funeral mass to be held at St. Peter’s Bay Roman Catholic Church, St. Peter’s Bay, on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 3 p.m. If desired, memorial donations in Frank’s memory may be made to St. Peter’s Fire Equipment fund.
