Francis Augustus Walsh

The death occurred suddenly on February 20, 2024 of Francis Augustus Walsh of Morell, aged 60 years. Survived by his daughter Franki; his brother Harry; and by his good friends Sean Gracey, Ronnie Drake and Darren Brown; as well as numerous cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Rose and Augustus Walsh. Resting at North Shore Funeral Home, Morell. There will be no visitation by personal request. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.at the funeral home in Morell. Interment will take place at a later date at St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Cemetery, Morell. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Francis’ memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association of PEI either directly or e-transfer to northshorefuneralhome@gmail.com. The funeral service for the late Francis Augustus Walsh was held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at North Shore Funeral Home, with Father Brian MacDougall officiating. Honorary Pallbearers were everyone in attendance. The first reading was read by Sean Gracey, while the second reading was delivered by Darcy Sock. Music was provided by Jacinta MacDonald singing, Amazing Grace, Come to the Water and You Raise Me Up. Sean Gracey delivered heartfelt words of remembrance. Interment will take place later in St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Morell. The funeral was under the direction of North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
