Suddenly at home on the Settlement Road on April 07, 2011 of Elmer Ryan in his 75th year. Loving husband of Sheila (nee Clow), loving father of Patrick (Aneeta), Charlie (Stacey), Shawn, Phyllis, Janice MacIntyre (John), Kevin (Stacey) and Chris. Fondly remembered by his favorite card players, his Grandchildren, Matthew, Hailie and Andrew Ryan, Conor and Kristen MacIntyre, Mitchell, Nicholas and Allee Ryan. Also survived by his sisters, Lenora MacIsaac (Bennett) and Thelma Arnold(Brian), his Brother in Law, Charlie MacIsaac and his Sister in Law, Joan Ryan, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Gerturde (nee McCarthy) Ryan, by his brothers, Joseph and Louis, and by his sisters, Reta MacIsaac and Regina Ryan. Resting at St. Theresa, The Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, Morell, for visitation on Sunday, April 10, 2011 from 2 - 4 pm and from 7 - 9 pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. Lawrence O'Toole Roman Catholic Church, Green Meadows on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 10:30 am. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Elmer's memory to St. Lawrence O'Toole building fund or cemetery fund would be appreciated. Interment in the parish cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
