Peacefully at the Garden Home on Monday, April 12, 2010 of Eleanor Margaret Sutherland (nee MacKinnon) of Cable Head in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Phonse Sutherland. Mother of Heather (David MacKinnon) of Cable Head, Helen (Leo) Hendricken of Fanningbrook, Buddy (Helen) Sutherland of Blooming Point, and Dale (Kevin) Atkins of Sherwood. Grandmother of Lori (Brett) Anderson, Jill Lucas, Ian MacKinnon, Andre (Leanne) Hendricken, Nigel Hendricken, Maridee Sutherland and Jesse Sutherland. Great Grandmother of Georgia and Mack Anderson. Sister of Viola (the Late Hilary) MacDonald. Resting at the Dr. Roddie Community Centre, St. Peter's Bay for visitation on Tuesday, April 13, from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated Wednesday, April 14 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, St. Peter's Bay at 2 pm. Interment in the family plot at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church Cemetery.
