Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Beach Grove Home on Tuesday, February 02, 2010, of Edward Joseph Roach of Morell and formerly of Dundee aged 84 years. Husband of the Late Florence Annie (nee Laybolt) and loving Father of Richard (Helen), Sally Anderson, Brenda (Ronnie) McGrath, Brian (Nancy), Dianne (Derrick) Loder, Terry (Annette), Larry (Linda), Mary (Rusty) MacSwain, Jerry (Beth), John (Florence), and Marlene (Mark) Howlett. Brother to George (Gert) Roach, and Rita (John) Hume. Loving Gramps to 29 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews. Predeceased by his Parents, Joseph and Mary (nee Romard) Roach, Sons; Carl, Wade, Dennis and Billy, Son - in - Law Jim Anderson, Granddaguhter Tanya MacSwain, and by Sisters, Eunice Laybolt, Florence Laybolt, and Nellie Roach. Resting at the North Shore Funeral Home, Morell for visitation on Thursday, February 04, 2010 from 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Friday, February 05, 2010 at St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Stewart at 11:00 am. Memorial Donations in Edward's memory may be made to the Beach Grove Memorial Fund, Sunset Unit. Interment at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Mt. Stewart.
