The death occurred suddenly and peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, on August 19, 2014, of Charles Herman MacLellan of Cardigan. Well loved by all his family and friends. Survived by his wife, Janet, his sons; Scott MacLellan, Daniel and Joanne (Sheidow) MacLellan, and their children, Jenna, Carter, and Charles, Bruce and Kathy (Coyle) MacLellan, and their children, Maggie, Caroline, Hugh and Connell, Theo MacLellan, and by his daughter, Monica (John) Ready and their children, Tim, Owen and Amy. Also survived by his sister, Mary Dicks, by his brothers and sisters- in –law; Gavin and Lucille Kenny, Tom Kenny (Gerry), Zita Ryan, Jay and Theresa Kenny, Martin and Janet Kenny, Kathleen Rafuse (Jim), Genevieve and Billy MacGuigan, and Maureen Kenny, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Francis Wilson, by parents-in- law; Joe and Genevieve Kenny, sister; Catherine (Leo Corcoran), brothers; Gerald, Urban, Daniel, and by brothers- in- law John Dicks and Pete Ryan. Resting at St. Cuthbert’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Teresa, on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral mass to be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Cardigan on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 4:00 pm. Interment in the parish cemetery. In memory of Charles, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
