Bertram (Buddy) MacAdam passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, April 22, 2008. He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years Marion (Kelly) MacAdam, and his Children, Maria Van De Cappelle, Thomas MacAdam, Alban (Cathy) MacAdam, Joe (friend Elaine) MacAdam, Marylou (Randall) Parkman and his six grandchildren Jonathon Van De Cappelle, Sean, James and Kelly MacAdam and Kyle and Emily Parkman. He is also survived by his brothers, Francis (Stashie), Walter (Daphne), and his sisters, Jean (Billy) O'Hanley and Mary (Louis) Palmer. He is predeceased by his parents Tena (MacDonald) and Alban MacAdam and by his brothers Gerald, Carl, A.J., Reginald, Donald Joseph and by his sisters Rita (Cecil) McCarthy and Anna (Gil) Collins. Remains resting at the Lounge of St. Theresa, The Little Flower Parish, Morell on Friday, April 25, 2008 for visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with funeral mass on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. If so desired, donations in Buddy's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association or the Arthritis Society. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the North Shore Funeral Home, Morell.
